Bring drawings, submittals, reviews and cost decisions together from design through handover.
CHub helps project teams manage documents and reviews across consultants, contractors and other participants. Each review records the document, the person responsible, their response and any subsequent revision.
Teams can track submittals, requests for information, contracts and change orders through their review stages. Project documents and asset records are also available for handover.

MXENE ERP
Accounting for businesses in the UAE.
Manage receivables, payables, banking and financial reporting through a general ledger.
MXENE ERP links invoices, payments and bank statements to their ledger entries and reports. Journals must balance, posted entries remain on record, and period closing follows a controlled process.
Tax, payroll and currency calculations use verified rules with recorded effective dates. If a required rule has not been approved, the software will not run the calculation.

An inbox for management approvals.
Review approvals and requests from connected MXENE products in one inbox.
Pulse lets managers review requests without opening each product separately. They can consult the original record before responding, and teams can track the progress of a decision.
The product that sent the request checks and applies the response. Pulse waits for confirmation before marking it complete and indicates when its information is out of date. The request types available depend on which products are connected.

MXENE Tau
Member and staff tools for fitness clubs.
Manage club information, classes and schedules, with a dedicated app for members.
Members use the Tau app to find clubs and explore classes. Staff have separate tools for managing club information, trainers and schedules.
Tau also includes a bilingual website with content management. The MXENE platform holds membership records, plans and billing; Tau provides the club and member tools.

Evidence and reporting for academic review.
Organise programme evidence, record reviewer findings and prepare assessment reports.
Insights Academia helps reviewers find submitted evidence, examine findings and record their assessments. Missing information is flagged for resolution. Calculations use versioned rules so reviewers can identify the basis of a result.
AI helps extract and compare information. A named reviewer resolves disputed findings and issues the report. Standalone course audits are indicative and do not carry an accreditation rating.

MXENE AI combines document search and extraction with tools for building agents, analysing data and arranging automated tasks. Teams can retrieve relevant material from their documents and process information from scanned files.
The platform runs separately from the other MXENE products. Model providers, data access and hosting are configured for each deployment. We can discuss those requirements with you before you introduce sensitive material.
